If you're interested in becoming a member but would like to see what we can offer first, then come in for a free No Sweat Intro and get to know staff, discuss your goals and learn how we can help you get the results you need. This one-on-one session is 20 to 30 minutes long during which we meet you in the gym to discuss your goals, coach you through 2 or 3 basic movements and offer some suggestions and membership options to help you with your plan.
