The three (3) Session On Ramp is the first step for those who have never done CrossFit or want a refresher of the foundational movements.
These sessions are done in a small group setting with an emphasis on introducing new athletes to the foundational movements of CrossFit, the gym and the equipment, with a view of getting into Group CrossFit classes.
If after the 3 Session On Ramp more skill development is required by the athlete or recommended by the coach, the athlete can move to the 6-Session On Ramp or the in-depth 12-Session On Ramp.
